Physicians Recommend Lifestyle Changes

“75% of the …annual healthcare costs stems from chronic diseases, many of which can be prevented or delayed by lifestyle choices”, states this Time magazine article.  Medicare is now paying for one wellness visit per year per patient.  The article points out that most physicians are not trained to help patients make these changes, and that many other professionals, such as lifestyle coaches, nurses, exercise physiologists, and more can be extremely helpful in encouraging people to change.
